The average exchange rates in the above table take into account the impact of
gains and losses on foreign currency contracts. These rates are referred to
elsewhere in the Preliminary Results as the effective rates for the period.
5. Dividend and Annual General Meeting
The proposed final regular and special dividends will be paid on 16 February
2018 to all shareholders on the register on 2 February 2018. The Annual
General Meeting of the Company will be held at 10am on 9 February 2018, at
J.P. Morgan, 1 John Carpenter Street, London, EC4Y 0JP.
