Grant of Options to Executive Directors of Victrex plc ("the Company")
On 5 February 2016, the Executive Directors named below were granted an option under the Victrex plc 2015 UK Sharesave plan ("the Plan") to acquire ordinary shares of the Company. Subject to the rules of the Plan (including the completion of monthly payments required under a sharesave contract), the shares will vest and become exercisable for a period of six months from completion of the final payment.
