Victrex plc: Senior Independent Director 
Victrex plc, an innovative world leader in high performance polymer solutions, announces that Pamela Kirby, an existing non-executive director, has been appointed to the role of Senior Independent Director with effect from 1 November 2014. Pamela Kirby takes over from Giles Kerr who carried out the responsibilities of Senior Independent Director, in addition to his role as Audit Committee Chair.
In accordance with the Listing Rules, there are no additional matters that would require disclosure under LR 9.6.13 R (1) to (6) in relation to this appointment.
