** Co reports 12% y/y rise in FY Group sales volume, 44% rise in FY reported PBT

** Says "Profit Improvement Plan" underway, targeting at least 10 million in further savings

** Expects benefits of savings in FY 2027

** Up to Monday's close, VCTX falls 42.01% vs FTMC's 6.75% rise
