Annual Report and Accounts 2025 and Notice of 2026 Annual General Meeting

 

Videndum plc announces that it has published its Annual Report and Accounts
2025.

The following documents will be sent to shareholders:

·      Annual Report and Accounts 2025

·      Notice of the 2026 Annual General Meeting ("AGM")

·      Proxy Form

The Annual Report and Accounts 2025 and the 2026 Notice of AGM are also
available to view on the Videndum website at www.videndum.com

In compliance with Listing Rule 6.2.10 copies of the above documents have been
submitted to the FCA and will in due course be available for inspection from
the National Storage Mechanism.

The Company's AGM will be held at 14:00 on Tuesday 19 May 2026 at Regal House,
70 London Road, Twickenham, London, TW1 3QS.
