    - FedEx Corp  FDX.N  on Monday appointed former CEO of Atlas
Air Worldwide John Dietrich as chief financial officer,
effective Aug 1.
     
    - Tesla  TSLA.O  is planning to double the size of its
factory near Berlin to produce up to one million electric cars a
year, an expansion that could make the plant the largest
auto-manufacturing facility in Germany.
    
    - ViewRay  VRAY.O , which makes the MRIdian
radiation-therapy system for cancer patients, said it has filed
for bankruptcy after years of unprofitable operations, and plans
to sell some or all of its assets.
    
    - Ford  F.N  slashed prices on its electric F-150 Lightning
pickup truck by up to nearly 17% Monday, the latest sign that
swelling inventories and fierce price competition are softening
the market for the technology the auto industry is betting its

        - Binance slashed its employee benefits last month in
the wake of falling profit, a sign of the financial strain
