premarket volume after radiation therapy system maker prices
follow-on
    ** Co late Tues sold 12.5 mln shares at $5.60 for $70 mln

    ** Offering prices at 9.7% discount to stock's last close
    ** Co plans to use net offering proceeds for general corp
purposes, including capex, continued R&D
    ** VRAY has ~164.7 mln shares outstanding and ~149.2 mln of

    ** Piper Sandler, Stifel and Guggenheim acting as
bookrunners for offering
    ** Shares, up 62% YTD, have lost 15% this month
