** Shares of radiation therapy system maker  VRAY.O  down
11.08% at $5.7 premarket
    ** Co announces pricing of an underwritten public offering
of 10.31 mln shares of common stock at $4.85 per share,
representing 24.33% discount to stock's last close  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nPn6KsxwLa
    ** Gross proceeds of offering expected to be ~$50 mln 
    ** Co also granted underwriters 30-day option to purchase up
to an additional 1,546,500 shares of common stock at public
offering price
    ** Offering is expected to close around January 7
    ** Piper Sandler & Co. is acting as sole book-running
manager for offering
