Brief: Capacent to acquire Capacent Island

Feb 3 (Reuters) - Capacent Holding AB (publ)  CAPAC.ST : 
    * Said on Thursday signed agreement to acquire 62.5 pct of Capacent ehf 
(Capacent Island) 
    * Initial purchase price is estimated at 9.25 million Swedish crowns ($1 
million) with potential earn-out in two years of up to 15.3 million crowns 
depending on Capacent Island's EBITDA in 2017 and 2018 
    * Initial purchase price to be paid partly in cash (5.89 million crowns) and 
partly in form of non-cash issue (3.36 million crowns)
