maker Viomi Technology Co Ltd  VIOT.O  jump ~12% to 83 cents in
premarket trading on co's share repurchase plan
    ** Co to repurchase shares worth $10 million 
    ** News comes as stock has been trading under the $1 mark
for the past two weeks 
    ** Co has a market capitalization of $26.03 million, and has
traded below $2 from early this year
    ** Co reported a quarterly adjusted loss per share of 7

    ** YTD, the stock is down ~69% as of last close
