    ** Signs binding agreement to secure exclusive option over
further 5,388 hectares (53.88km) of licenses within Poços de
Caldas, Brazil
    ** Says vendors of licences agreed to terms, which grant VMM
6-month option to acquire licences for $25,000 
    ** Nearly 309,200 shares change hands by 0224 GMT, vs 30-day
average volume of 123,074 shares
    ** Stock up ~528.6% YTD, as of last close
