** Shares of Australia's Viridis Mining  VMM.AX  rise as
much as 6.3% to A$1.175, their biggest intraday pct gain since
Feb 16
    ** Stock at its second consecutive day of gains
    ** The critical minerals explorer says it signs key
memorandum of understanding (MoUs) with the states of Minas
Gerais and Poços De Caldas in Brazil
    ** Adds MoU provides support from state and local
governments in expediting regulatory and environmental approvals
in fast-tracked manner 
    ** About 93,576 shares change hands, vs 30-day average
volume of 308,244 shares     
    ** Stock down 20.2% YTD, as of last close
