    ** Co posts Q2 rev of $10.3 mln, above analysts' est. of
$7.4 mln - Refinitiv 
    ** Q2 profit of 9 cents/shr, also ahead of analysts' est. of
6 cents/shr
    ** Separately, co says John Givens to assume role of CEO
    ** Givens was earlier co-CEO
    ** Bob Ferris, co’s founder, current chairman and co-CEO
will transition to position of Executive Chairman of the Board
effective today
    ** VTSI shares up ~50% YTD
