Annual Report and Accounts 2023, Notice of Annual General Meeting 2024 and
Form of Proxy

 

Further to the Company's announcement of its full year results on 14 March
2024, we are pleased to publish our Annual Report and Accounts 2023 ("Annual
Report 2023") and the Notice of the 2024 Annual General Meeting ("Notice").

Annual General Meeting 2024 ("AGM")

 

The Company's AGM will be held on Thursday, 16 May 2024, 12:00 noon at the
offices of Linklaters LLP, One Silk Street, London EC2Y 8HQ. Shareholders who
choose to attend the AGM in person, should pre-register their intention to
attend as soon as practicable by emailing company.secretary@vistry.co.uk and
by no later than 5.00pm on 15 May 2024.

 

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, a copy of the Annual Report 2023,
Notice and the Form of Proxy have been submitted to the National Storage
Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at
