Share buyback programme - management of the programme within the closed period

Vistry Group PLC (the "Group") refers to the announcement published on 12
September 2024, in which the Board of the Group confirmed the launch of a
share buyback programme (the "Programme"), in line with the Group's capital
allocation policy.

The Group has today issued an irrevocable instruction to Numis Securities
Limited ("Deutsche Numis") to manage the Programme, within pre-set parameters,
during the closed period ahead of the expected publication of the Group's 2024
Full Year Results on 26 March 2025.
