Vistry Group PLC - Voting Rights and Capital

In conformity with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R and as an
update to the announcement made on 29 February 2024, please note Vistry Group
PLC's capital consists of 341,785,245 Ordinary 50p shares.

The change from 341,770,977 Ordinary 50p shares on 29 February 2024 is due to
the issue of 14,268 shares to satisfy the exercise of share options.

Vistry Group PLC holds 1,004,363 shares in Treasury. The change from the
1,090,803 shares in Treasury on 29 February 2024 is due to the transfer of
86,440 shares.

Therefore, the total voting rights in Vistry Group PLC is 340,780,882. This
figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by
which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or
a change to their interest in Vistry Group PLC under the FCA's Disclosure and
Transparency Rules.
