Vistry Group PLC - Voting Rights and Capital

In conformity with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R and as an
update to the announcement made on 28 February 2025, please note Vistry Group
PLC's capital consists of 328,864,338 Ordinary 50p shares.

The change from 329,886,038 Ordinary 50p shares on 28 February 2025 is due to
the cancellation of 1,021,700 shares as part of the Company's Share buyback
programme.

Vistry Group PLC holds 390,070 shares in Treasury. The change from 600,097
shares on 28 February 2025 is due to a transfer of 210,027 Treasury shares to
satisfy the exercise of share options.

Therefore, the total voting rights in Vistry Group PLC is 328,474,268. This
figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by
which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or
a change to their interest in Vistry Group PLC under the FCA's Disclosure and
Transparency Rules.
