Vistry Group PLC - Voting Rights and Capital

In conformity with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R and as an
update to the announcement made on 30 April 2025, please note Vistry Group
PLC's capital consists of 326,968,049 Ordinary 50p shares.

The change from 327,895,927 Ordinary 50p shares on 30 April 2025 is due to the
cancellation of 933,652 shares as part of the Company's Share buyback
programme and the issue of 5,774 shares to satisfy the exercise of share
options.

Vistry Group PLC holds 390,070 shares in Treasury. This remains unchanged from
the shares held in Treasury on 30 April 2025.

Therefore, the total voting rights in Vistry Group PLC is 326,577,979. This
figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by
which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or
a change to their interest in Vistry Group PLC under the FCA's Disclosure and
Transparency Rules.
