Vistry Group PLC - Voting Rights and Capital

In conformity with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R and as an
update to the announcement made on 30 January 2026, please note Vistry Group
PLC's capital consists of 319,619,414 Ordinary 50p shares.

The change from 319,877,012 Ordinary 50p shares on 30 January 2026 is due to
the cancellation of 262,041 shares as part of the Company's share buyback and
the issue of 4,443 shares to satisfy the exercise of share options.

Vistry Group PLC holds 562,543 shares in Treasury. The change from 589,165
shares on 30 January 2026 is due to a transfer of 26,622 Treasury shares to
satisfy the exercise of share options.

Therefore, the total voting rights in Vistry Group PLC is 319,056,871. This
figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by
which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or
a change to their interest in Vistry Group PLC under the FCA's Disclosure and
Transparency Rules.
