** Shares of Bastion Minerals  BMO.AX  rise as much as 37.5&
to A$0.011, their highest since March 20     
    ** The miner says widespread visible uranium oxide was
observed in its Morrissey Project in Western Australia
    ** New discovery in the Morrissey project identifies
"potential for economic surficial uranium" - co
    ** Stock set for best day since May 1, if gains hold
    ** About 38.2 mln shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average volume of 1.4 mln     
    ** BMO stock down ~55.6% YTD, as of last close
