    ** Rare earth producer officially unveiled its
multi-million-dollar rare earth processing facility in

    ** Says ore from Saskatoon will be processed to high purity,
mixed rare earth carbonate and exported to Norway and U.S. for
separation into individual magnetic rare earth metals
