** Shares of Australia's Respiri Ltd  RSH.AX  rise as much
as 4.4% to A$0.048, hitting their highest since Nov. 28 
    ** E-health software services co announces underwritten
Security Purchase Plan to raise funds up to A$1.5 mln ($1.01
mln) at an issue price of A$0.05 per fully paid ordinary share
    ** Issue price is a premium of 14% to the last closing price
of co 
    ** Adds funds raised will be used to support co's expansion
into the U.S. and enable co to execute on its commercialisation
strategy
    ** Stock has fallen 28.1% this year, as of last close
($1 = 1.4874 Australian dollars)
