** Shares of Australia's Respiri Ltd RSH.AX fall as much as 8.3% to A$0.044, on track to record their second straight session of losses

** Stock at its lowest level since February 25

** e-health software services provider announces A$4 million  ($2.49 million) placement at an issue price of A$0.04 per share

** Issue price at a discount of 16.7% to stock's last closing

** Funds from placement to help "support investments in the business to execute on recent and expected customer wins" - RSH

** Stock down 47% this year so far
