** Shares of Vitrafy Life Sciences VFY.AX gain as much as 13% to A$3.880, headed for their best session since July 29
** Stock hits its highest level since September 4
** Cryopreservation services co enters partnership with US non-profit blood network Versiti Health 
** Under deal, Vitrafy and Versiti will each contribute resources to advance development of Vitrafy's cryopreservation ecosystems
** Vitrafy will initially place two cryopreservation freezing units at Versiti's Blood Research Institute facility in Wisconsin. The units will be provided without charge, and the placement will not generate revenue, VFY says 
** Activities directed at completing co's US medical device listing targeted for FY2027
** Financial details were not disclosed
** Stock up 200% YTD, including session's moves
