Viva Energy's Geelong Refinery alkylation unit to stay offline through 2027 June 23 (Reuters) - Australia's Viva Energy VEA.AX said on Tuesday its alkylation unit at the Geelong Refinery will remain offline and has been isolated from refining operations.
The fuel retailer expects the refinery to operate without the alkylation unit throughout 2027, based on the current assessment of damage from a fire in April, it said in a statement.
