** Axis Capital ("Add"; cuts TP to 1,259 rupees) says RAC demand remains resilient, but margin recovery may be modest despite an easy base; cuts FY27/FY28 earnings by 7% each, citing slower margin recovery due to commodity inflation and competitive intensity
     
** HSBC ("Buy"; TP: 1,450 rupees) says inventory levels are reasonable and Voltas' lead as market leader has widened, with July market share at 18.6%; adds co aims to maintain RAC leadership through market-share gains, topline growth, and improved profitability
     
** Kotak Institutional Equities ("Sell"; cuts fair value to 1,070 rupees) says Voltas will prioritize growth and market-share gains over near-term profitability; cuts FY27-FY29 EPS estimates by 6%-9%, citing lower revenue forecasts
