    * Says Park Jong Gap has acquired stake in the company, 
holding 2.3 million shares, equivalent to 12.9 percent stake  
    * Says Korea Development Bank has sold all of its 11.9 
percent stake(2.1 million shares) in the company 
    * Says the top shareholder of the company becomes Park Jong 
Gap, replacing Korea Development Bank
