** Cancer Genetics Inc's  CGIX.O  shares jump 22.7% to $6.22
    ** CGIX says shareholders approve all proposals related to
its proposed merger with Biotech firm StemoniX  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nGNXZkmyT
    ** Co announced in August last year that StemoniX will merge
with a newly formed unit of CGIX in an all-stock deal

    ** As per the agreement, CGIX will acquire all of StemoniX's
outstanding capital stock for ~78% of its outstanding common
stock, and StemoniX will retain its name
    ** CGIX stock has more than doubled so far this year
