BUZZ-Australia's Vysarn set for worst week in 17 months after NewGround deal termination ** Shares of Australia's Vysarn Ltd VYS.AX down 13.6% so far this week, on track for their worst weekly performance since early April 2025
** Stock plunged 18.3% on Monday after the water services provider scrapped its planned acquisition of irrigation and facilities management company NewGround
** Vysarn said both parties agreed not to extend the completion deadline and added co will terminate the share sale agreement
** Management had expected the acquisition to broaden Vysarn's service offering and diversify revenue streams
** Stock gains 1.2% in the session; YTD up 17.9%
