American entrepreneur W.R. Berkley passes away June 9 (Reuters) - Commercial insurer W.R. Berkley WRB.N said on Tuesday its founder and executive chairman William R. Berkley had passed away.
The company has appointed W. Robert Berkley, Jr. as chairman, effective immediately.
The insurance company was founded in 1967.
