Australia's BMG Resources rises on potential gold-ore processing agreement

** Shares of BMG Resources Ltd BMG.AX rise as much as 20% to A$0.012, hitting their highest level since April 23

** Gold-lithium miner signs a non-binding memorandum of understanding with gold producer Wiluna Mining Corp (WMC) to negotiate a toll treatment agreement

** The potential toll treatment agreement would allow BMG to process ore from its Abercromby gold project in Western Australia, at WMC's Matilda processing plant

** About 14 mln shares change hands, more than 8x the 30-day avg trading volume of about 1.7 mln

** Stock last up 10%, bringing YTD gains to 4.8%
