Annual Report and Accounts 2025 and

Notice of Annual General Meeting 2026

 

In compliance with UKLR 9.6.1 and Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules
("DTR") 4.1, the Company announces that the Annual Report and Accounts for the
year ended 31 December 2025 ("Annual Report 2025") has been published on its

The Company has also published the Notice of Annual General Meeting 2026 (the
"AGM Notice 2026"). The AGM Notice 2026 is available on the Company's website:

The Company's Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") will be held at our
registered office at Third Floor (East), Albemarle House, 1 Albemarle Street,
London W1S 4HA, on Wednesday 27 May 2026 at 12.30pm BST.

 

At the AGM, the Board will propose to shareholders the payment of a special
dividend of 1.5p per ordinary share for the financial year ended 2025.  If
approved, the recommended special dividend will be paid on 22 July 2026 to all
shareholders who are on the register of members on 26 June 2026.  The shares
are expected to be marked ex-dividend on 25 June 2026.

 

Ahead of the AGM, the following documents are being mailed and made available
to its shareholders:

 

1.         Annual Report 2025

2.         AGM Notice 2026

3.         The Form of Proxy

 

In compliance with UKLR 9.6.1 and 9.6.3, the Annual Report 2025, the AGM
Notice 2026 and the Form of Proxy have been submitted to the Financial Conduct
Authority via the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for
