Australia's WAM Active climbs to four-month high on upbeat HY performance

** Shares of WAM Active  WAA.AX  rise 2.3% to A$0.905, their
highest since October 10, 2024
    ** The investment firm logs HY net profit from ordinary
activities after income tax of A$5.4 mln ($3.43 mln), compared
with A$4 mln last year
    ** Declares interim dividend of 3 AU cents per share
    ** Says outperformance of investment portfolio, which
increased 32.5% in calendar year 2024, contributed to an
increase in profit
    ** More than 113,000 shares change hands, 2.8 times the
30-day avg
    ** Stock up ~9.8% YTD, including current session's moves
