Sept 11 (Reuters) - Wang On Group Ltd  1222.HK : 
    * Unit,  Sparkle Hope , Clear Idea International and Angel 
View entered into agreement 
    * Unit conditionally agreed to advance loan of principal 
amount of HK$600 million to Clear Idea International 
    * Clear idea international to acquire sale shares and assign 
benefit of shareholder loan, for consideration of HK$2.44 
billion 
    * WOP Group currently expects to record a gain arising from 
disposal of about HK$796.2 million 
    * Applications have been made for resumption of trading in 
shares of WOG and WOP, respectively with effect from 9:00 a.m. 
on 12 Sept 2017
