** Washington Trust Bancorp WASH.O shares jump 5.5% to $38.60
** The community lender late Monday reported quarterly profit above Street estimates 
** Piper Sandler says it was a good-looking quarter out of WASH, cites continued margin expansion, solid loan and deposit growth and improved credit following the resolution of its large office nonaccrual
** "A solid print from WASH, which we think will be well-received by the market" - brokerage KBW 
** All four brokerages covering the stock rate "hold;" median PT $36 - data compiled by LSEG 
** WASH stock up 30% YTD
