Waste Management to buy Stericycle in $7.2 bln deal (updated)

       June 3 (Reuters) - Waste Management  WM.N  will buy
medical waste disposal company Stericycle  SRCL.O  in a deal
valued at $7.2 billion, the companies said on Monday.
    The deal is expected to close by the fourth quarter of the
year, the companies said. 
    Centerview Partners LLC served as WM's financial advisor,
while Vinson & Elkins L.L.P and Baker Botts L.L.P served as its
legal counsel.
