Watkin Jones plc confirms that the registered office for the Company has been
changed from 12 Soho Square, London W1D 3QF. The Company will move its
registered office to Fourth Floor, Sicilian House, 21 Southampton Row, London,
WC1B 5HA, with effect from 1st June 2026.
