Australia's Web Travel rises on share buyback plan, strong outlook

** Shares of Australia's Web Travel WEB.AX rise as much as 12.46% to A$3.160, hitting their highest level since February 27
** Stock logs best intraday gain since February 9
** B2B travel distributor says it intends to conduct on-market share buyback up to a maximum value of A$90 million  ($62.87 million)
** Says 1H27 underlying EBITDA on track to be between A$80 million and A$86 million, compared with A$81.7 million logged in 1H26
** Stock down 34% this year, including the day's move
