** Co says it is now underpinned by a high-grade

historical producing silver asset

** Additionally, co announces A$3 million ($1.89 million) placement at A$0.027 per share, representing a premium of 3.8% to stock's last close

** Stock set for record strongest session

** Stock up more than 2% YTD, including moves in day's session
