facility and spp 
    * Received irrevocable commitments to raise approximately 
a$3.46 million 
    * Also received irrevocable applications for a total of 
410.5 million CDIs from debt providers 
    * Proceeds of equity raise to be used to repay $2.5 million 
of existing working capital facility with co's major 
shareholders
