and chairman of company effective 30 june 2017 
    * Jocelyn Waller, non-executive director and a founding 
director of company, has been appointed as interim chairman 
    * Received applications for a total of 656.9 million CDIs at 
a price of A$0.01 per CDI to raise A$6.569 million 
    * Received applications from its major shareholders 
Provident Minerals Pte Ltd and Pt Saratoga Investama Sedaya Tbk
