September 29 (Reuters) - US stocks were under pressure on Tuesday, with most sectors taking a hit as government bond yields resumed their uptrend, though gains in AI-linked stocks on optimism about Anthropic's plan to go public helped limit losses. .N
     
At 1330 EDT, the Dow Jones Industrial Average .DJI was down 0.55% at 51,199.48.The S&P 500 .SPX was down 0.31% at 7,660.06, and the Nasdaq Composite .IXIC was down 0.21% at 26,763.90.
