Board changes

 

 

The Board of WH Smith PLC announces that Colette Burke, Non-Executive
Director, will be stepping down as a director of the Company on 30 June 2026
having served for three years.

 

Simon Emeny, Senior Independent Director, commented:

"I would like to thank Colette for her contribution to the Board. She has
provided thoughtful challenge and valuable perspective during a period of
significant change for the Group."

The Company also announces that Situl Jobanputra will become Chair of the
