** Stock hits the lowest since March 4; on track for second straight session of decline

** Property developer and investor posts 2024 loss attributable of HK$3.22 bln ($414.3 mln) vs year-ago profit of HK$945 mln

** Underlying net profit fell 22% y/y, rev dropped 36% y/y

** YTD, stock down 14.8%
