** Shares of White Cliff Minerals  WCN.AX  rise as much as
50% to A$0.015, their highest level since Jan 17, 2023 
    ** Mineral explorer secures large scale uranium project in
Canada known with acquisition of Radium Point mining licenses 
    ** Says the area has seen significant historical uranium,
silver and copper production from several mining centres 
    ** Stock on track for best day since July 12, 2023 - if
gains hold 
    ** About 16.6 mln shares change hand compared to 30-day
average trading volume of 3.5 mln shares 
    ** Stock declined 35.7% in 2023
