7.06% to A$0.455
    ** Lithium miner says required approvals for acquisition of
Tabba Tabba Lithium Tantalum project have been satisfied
    ** Adds completion of acquisition under the agreement is
expected immediately
    ** About 3.2 mln shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average volume of 9.98 mln shares
    ** Stock is trading above its 50-, 100-, 200- day simple
moving averages, indicating bullish sentiment
    ** Stock has risen near 18-fold this year so far
