    ** Stock last up 20% at 0215 GMT, set for best day since May

    ** Co starts reverse circulation drilling at Red Panda
lithium, caesium, and tantalum pegmatite in Western Australia

    ** Adds that drilling is part of a joint venture agreement

average of about 2.8 mln shares
    ** Stock up 7.14% YTD as of last close
