    * Board proposes a first dividend of nok 3.50 per share and 
shareholder approval to declare a second dividend of up to nok 
2.50 per share

changes and optimise organisation to improve operating margin 
and position group for future growth 
    * expects the mild headwind to continue to affect the 
group's business entities. 
    * Q4 total income $710 million versus $807 million year ago 
    * Q4 ebit $86 million versus $96 million year ago
