Aug 11 (Reuters) - Wilh Wilhelmsen Holding ASA  WWI.OL : 
    * Callenberg Technology Group to be acquired by Trident 
Maritime Systems 
    * Wilhelmsen Maritime Services will receive a net sale price 
of about $64 million, of which $41 million will be in cash at 
closing, and a seller-financing package of usd 23 million 
    * Net profit effect is a loss of $12 million. 
    * Transaction is expected to be finalised in Q3
