** Stock posts its biggest intraday pct gain since September 12

** Integrated logistics solutions provider announces mutual investment partnership with Borderless360, a global e-commerce logistics provider

** Co says partnership combines its infrastructure with Borderless360's technology to enhance logistics across key markets

** Co will invest US$200,000 & issue 947,831 shares for minority stake in Borderless360

** About 267,934 shares traded, 6.6x the 30-day average

** YTD, stock up 103.9%, including current session's move
